3 cups grated uncooked sweet potato
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
4 eggs slightly beaten
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients; stir well. Spoon into a greased, shallow 2 quart baking dish, bake, uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes; stir and bake an additional 15 minutes until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.

You may add miniature marshmallows and brown in the oven for the last 5 to 10 minutes.
