1 1/2 pound of ground beef
1 medium onion
brown gravy (package and or a jar)
favorite vegetable (green beans, peas, corn etc.)
mashed potato's
grated cheese (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
In a skillet brown beef and onion. Place the mixture in the bottom of a casserole dish. Add the vegetable next, add gravy - then cover with the buttered mashed potato's. Top with grated cheese if desired.

Bake in 350º oven until warmed through and the top is browned.
