Ingredients:  
1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
1 1/2 stalk of celery
1 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup milk
1 cup of breadcrumbs or soft pieces of bread
1 eggs beaten
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup ketchup for topping
1/2 small can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown celery and onion in skillet. In a large bowl combine the ground beef, celery, onion, milk, bread crumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce and tomato sauce. Mix together well and place in a baking pan. Pour Ketchup over the top the last 10 minutes of baking. Bake in oven for 45 minutes at 350
