1 box of Duncan Hines Butter Cake Mix
3/4 cup of oil
4 eggs
1 (11 ounce) can of mandarin oranges
Frosting
1 container of Cool Whip
1 20 ounce can of crushed pineapples (un-drained)
1 11 ounce can of mandarin oranges (drained)
1 small box (3 ounces) of vanilla pudding mix
1 can of coconut (Optional)

Cake

Mix all above ingredients well. Line bottom of cake pan with wax paper and grease (do not add flour). Pour into three (8 inch) cake pans or two (9 inch) cake pan's. Bake at 350º for 20 to 25 minutes. Allow to stand and cool.
Frosting
Beat all ingredients and spread between layers and sides and top of cake.
