Cake:

1 1/2 cup of Wesson Oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs (slightly beaten)
3 cups grated carrots
2 cups of flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt

Frosting:

1 box (10 ounces) of confectioners sugar
1 8 ounce cream cheese
1 stick of butter
1 tbsp vanilla

Directions:

Cake

Mix all cake ingredients and bake at 300 for 60 minutes.

Frosting

Mix all ingredient's and after cake cools, you may frost.
