2 (10 ounce) boxes of frozen chopped broccoli
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup shredded sharp cheese
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
3 eggs (beaten)
Ritz crackers, crushed
3 tablespoons of melted butter and or margarine.

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain broccoli. Mix and pour broccoli, mayonnaise, sharp cheese, eggs, and cream of mushroom soup into casserole dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

The last ten minutes you may add crushed Ritz crackers across the top. Allow to bake for the additional time - please watch as it may not need the whole 10 minutes. Add your melted margarine and or butter to the top of the Ritz crackers.
