1 1/4 c. uncooked rice 1 can cream of celery soup 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 boullion cube (chicken) 1 c. hot water salt and pepper 1 cut-up fryer 2 T. melted butter
Mix rice and soups in 9 x 13 pan. Dissolve boullion cube in hot water, add to rice. Salt and pepper. Arrange a single layer of chicken pieces on rice, brush with butter. Bake at 275º for 2 hours and 30 miutes. 6-8 servings
