2 cups onion, diced
3 tbs. garlic, chopped
1/4 c. dry thyme
1/4 c. oregano
1/4 c. basil
4 #10 cans crushed tomatoes
1 #10 can whole plum tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1/4 c. salt

Sweat onions and garlic in a sauce pan un til translucent.
Add dry spices and saute 1 minute
Add tomatoe products
over medium-high heat, simmer 35-40 minutes. Add salt to taste
