1 (3 - 3 1/2 lb.) fryer chicken, cut up
1 c. barbecue sauce
1/4 c. peach or apricot preserves
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine barbecue sauce, preserves, and thyme. Put chicken in 10x15" stoneware pan. Spoon sauce over chicken. Bake in a 350 F oven for 1 hour.
