3 c. Broccoli Florets
1/2 c. Crumbled Bacon Pieces
1/2 c. Red Onion - chopped
1 c. Dehydrated Cranberries.

1 c. Mayo.
4 tbsp. White Vinegar
1/4 c. Granulated Sugar

8 oz. package Crumbled Cheddar Cheese.
1 C. Halved Cherry Tomatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Trim the stems off broccoli florets. Crush broccoli into smaller bite-size pieces. In a large bowl combine broccoli, bacon, onion, and dried cranberries. Toss.
In a small bowl combine mayo, sugar, and vinegar. Stir until mixture is no longer "grainy" and sugar is dissolved.
Pour dressing over salad and toss. Top with halved cherry tomatoes and crumbled cheddar.
