2 sirloin steaks

Spice Rub:
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano

Tomato Salad:
2 ripe tomatoes, chopped
1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, chopped small
2 Tbsp. fresh basil, minced
1 Tbsp. red onion, minced
2 tsp. olive oil

Rub steaks with spice rub. Combine tomato salad ingredients in a bowl. Grill or broil steaks until desired doneness. Top with tomato salad and serve.
