1 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed
3 T. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
5 cups diced cooked potatoes
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 hardboiled eggs, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Soak mustard seed and celery seed overnight in vinegar.
Combine seed mixture with green onion and salt.
Add potatoes and mix lightly.
Add mayonnaise and egg and toss lightly to mix.
Chill thoroughly before serving.
