1/2 lb pepperoni
2 peppers, red, yellow or orange
1 large white onion
1 lb mozzerella cheese
2 pizza doughs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350º. Roll or stretch dough to 1/8 inch thickness. Each dough is going to make two bolis. line up pepperoni, onions, cheese and peppers in two rows. Don't pile it too high, it won't bake well. Run your knife down the middle of the dough to separate. Fold over and seal edges with a little water. Cut steam vents. Place on baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes or untill golden brown.
