1 tall can red salmon
2 eggs
1/4 c. evaporated milk
Juice of 1 lemon
7-8 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble salmon; mash or remove bones and skin, as you prefer.
Add eggs, milk and lemon juice and mix well.
Add flour and stir into mixture.
Drop patty-sized amounts into skillet of hot oil.
Fry slowly until brown, turning to brown the other side.
