1 lb. can flaked salmon
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup salmon liquid plus milk
1 cup cream sauce
2 Tablespoons minced onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 Tablespoons minced green pepper
1 cup dried bread crumbs
Lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients together (except for salmon). Add 1 Tablespoon lemon juice.
2. Fold flaked salmon into other ingredients.
3. Spoon into buttered mold or loaf pan (1 qt. size).
4. Bake in oven at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes.

Suggestions for sauces (easy & quick): Cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup, or cheddar cheese soup, all mixed with a little bit of milk.
