1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 cup water
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked according to pkg. directions
1 can (4 oz.) green chilies
1 cup whole kernel corn
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:

In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion and drain. Add seasoning mix, water and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in cooked macaroni, chilies and corn. Pour this into a casserole dish and top with the Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350-degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through. Makes about 9 cups.
