4 1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs (beaten)
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Beat eggs, sugar, stir in butter, milk, vanilla, add dry ingredients stir until smooth; knead lightly, roll out 3/8 in. thick. Cut with doughnut cutter. Fry in deep hot oil 370º.
