1 15 ounce package Raisin Bran
2 1/2 cups sugar
5 cups flour
5 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 quart buttermilk
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients by hand. Add buttermilk, eggs and oil. Pour into muffin tin. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. The mixture may be store in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks and baked as desired.
