8 medium tomatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
8 slices of sour dough bread, crust removed and cubed
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried thyme
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange tomatoes in a greased 13 x 9 x 2 in baking dish. Top with bread crumbs. Combine butter, salt, basil and thyme; drizzle over bread and tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes.
