2 lbs. hamburg
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. progresso bread crumbs (Italian style).
1 onion (minced)
3 or 4 cloves of minced garlic
salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. italian seasoning

Mix all ingredients together.
Shape into meatballs.
Bake at 350 on broiler pan.
Turn meatballs 1/2 thru cooking.
Be careful not to overcook.
When done, place in favorite sauce.
