12 cups of flour
1/2 tsp of salt
2 packages of dry yeast
1 cup of warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Add yeast to warm water and dissolve. Mix flour and salt and add yeast to dough. Mixing and adding additional warm water in small quantities until dough reaches a silky yet firm consistency. It should not stick to your hands. Add additional flour if necessary. Knead the dough for at least 12 to 15 minutes on a floured board. Place in a greased bowl and cover and let rise in an area free from draft that is warm. Dough is ready when doubled. Roll out on pans. This can also be baked as a bread loaves. 325 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Makes 2 large pizzas or two loaves of bread.
