4 onions, sliced
1 beef brisket
garlic salt
pepper
salt
paprike

Directions:
Directions:
Layer onion slices on bottom of roasting pan. Season roast with garlic salt, celery salt, salt and pepper and parika, Roast at 300 for 3 1/2 hours. Slice against the grain, wrap in foil. May be reheated to serve. Make gravy from pan drippings.
