Salad Ingredients:
5 lbs boiled chopped potatoes
2-3 c finely chopped celery
1- 11/2 c finely chopped onions
6-8 boiled, chopped egg whites

Dressing:
6-8 mashed boiled egg yolks
3 T mustard
1 pt salad dressing
1 large can carnation evaporated milk (13 ozs)
2-3 T vinegar (just to thicken)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all salad ingredients in large bowl. Blend dressing ingredients and gradually pour over potato mixture. Gently toss and adjust salt and pepper. Chill
