1 package of elbow macaroni,
1lb velvetta cheese or Monteray Jack, 1 large can of whole tomatoes with sauce, salt to taste, sugar to taste,

Directions:
Directions:
Heat tomato sauce on med heat, add a pinch of sugar and salt to season to taste. Cook pasta as directed on package. Slice cheese into wedges, After pasta is done drain water and put into a casserole dish, layer with cheese and sauce. Pre-heat oven to about 325 and heat through casserole dish for about 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
