4 tomatoes, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup chopped green onion
10 fresh basil leaves chopped OR
(1 teaspoon dried)
1 - 9" pre-baked deep dish pie shell
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Place the tomatoes in a calendar in the sink in 1 layer. Sprinkle them with salt and allow them to drain for 10 minutes.
Layer the tomato slices, basil, and onion in the pie shell.
Season with salt and pepper.
Combine the grated cheeses and mayonnaise together.
Spread the mixture on top of the tomatoes; bake 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Slice and serve warm.
