3-1/2 cups oats
1 cup nuts
1 cup raisins or 1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup coconut
2/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup honey, corn syrup or molasses
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Toast oats by spreading on a cookie sheet in a 350-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until lightly browned.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl with a wooden spoon.
Press into well-greased 15x10-inch pan. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350-degrees. Cool completely, then cut into bars.
