1-3/4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup cold margarine or butter
1 egg, beaten
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips, divided
1 cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Combine flour, sugar and cocoa; cut in margarine until crumbly. Add egg; mix until well blended. Reserve 1-1/2 cups crumb mixture. Press remainder evenly on bottom of greased 13x9-inch pan. Bake 10 minutes.
In heavy saucepan over low heat combine Eagle Brand and 1 cup chocolate chips; cook and stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Spread evenly in prepared crust.
Add to reserved crumb mixture, nuts and remaining 1 cup chocolate chips; sprinkle evenly over top. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until center is set. Do not over bake. Cool. Cut into bars. Store covered at room temperature.
Makes about 24 small bars.
