1 lb chuck hamburg
1 diced onion
1 clove garlic, diced
1 stalk celery (cut up)
2 carrots sliced
2 small potatos, cut up bite sized
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 beef or chicken bouillon cube

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburg with onion and garlic, add celery, carrots, potatos. Add salt, pepper, bouillon cube. Add 1 cup water and cook until carrots are done.

Serves 2 but you can double.
