Crust:
18 graham crackers (1 1/2 cup crumbs)
3/4 stick of margarine, melted
2 T. sugar

Filling:
3 small packages of cream cheese
3 eggs (separated)
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping:
1/2 cup sour cream
3 T. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crust ingredients and press in greased 9" pan.

Separate eggs. Mix yolks with all filling ingredients. Beat egg white until stiff. Fold into cheese mixture. Pour over crust and bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until filling is set.

Mix topping ingredients until smooth. Spread on hot pie as it comes out of oven. Chill.
