1 1/2 cups flour
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift the flour, baking powder and salt together 3 times.
Add the milk; mix well.
Roll the dough to ~1/2 inch thick. Cut the dough into desired shapes that are around 1 inch in size using a pizza cutter.
Drop by tablespoonfuls into boiling chicken broth or other boiling liquid.
Cover with the pot's lid; set the heat to low; simmer for 12 minutes.
DON'T LIFT THE LID!!!
