1/2 c. whole white wheat flour
1/2 c. rolled oats
3/4 c. buttermilk or soured milk (use 1 T. lemon juice)
1/4 c. milk
1 T. sugar
2 T. oil
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Beat with whisk until smooth. Pour onto greased griddle or cast iron pans.
