1 c. whole white wheat flour
1 c. yellow cornmeal
3/4 c. sugar (I use 1/2 c.)
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
4 t. baking powder

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease an 8x8 pyrex pan. Combine all ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl. Mix all ingredients with wire whisk. Pour into pan. Bake for 25 min.
