8 oz. orzo
2 T. butter
1 small onion, minced (about 1/2 c.)
1/2 c. diced red pepper
2-1/2 c. water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. frozen peas

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, saute onion and bell pepper in butter about 3 min. over medium heat or until vegetables soften. Add orzo, water, bouillon and sliced carrots; stir frequently, bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in frozen peas. Cook 2-3 minutes more until orzo is tender and peas are heated through.
