1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. yellow cornmeal
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the cornmeal. Add the eggs, milk, and oil. Beat until just smooth. Pour batter into a greased 9x9x2 inch pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a 425º oven.
