2 cans beef broth
2 cans french onion soup
1 1/2 sticks margarine
2 cups Uncle Ben's white raw rice
mushrooms
*this is double recipe/can cut in half for smaller portion
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Place in 13 X 9" pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Stir occasionally.
