2 lbs. chicken breast
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tbsp butter/margerine
2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except the ketchup. Bring to boil; cook over low heat for 20 mins. The sauce should be thick. Stir in the ketchup and remove the sauce from heat. Top the chicken with the sauce. Bake chicken uncovered for about 1 1/2 hours at 325º.
