"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
2 lbs. chicken breast 1/4 cup cider vinegar 1/2 cup water 2 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp prepared mustard 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 tbsp butter/margerine 2 tbsp worchestershire sauce 1/2 cup ketchup Salt and pepper to taste
In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except the ketchup. Bring to boil; cook over low heat for 20 mins. The sauce should be thick. Stir in the ketchup and remove the sauce from heat. Top the chicken with the sauce. Bake chicken uncovered for about 1 1/2 hours at 325º.
I have also put a can of pineapple (drained) in and the kids love it.
