1- 2lb bonless beef top round steak about 1/2" cut
3 lg. green peppers
1/4 soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 cup beef bouillon
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp veg./salad oil
3 tbsp cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Early in the day: cut meat into strips about 1/4" wide. In medium bowl stir bouillon, soy sauce, ginger and garlic powder. Add meat strips; cover and refrigerate.
About 1 hour before serving. Drain meat, Reserve 1/2 cup of the marinade. In large skillet over high heat, in hot oil, cook meat until lightly browned, Add reserved marinade and 1 cup water. Reduce heat to low. Cover, simmer for about 30 mins. Add green peppers, cook 15 mins. or until meat is tender. In cup blend cornstarch and 1/4 cup water until smooth. Graually stir into skillet, until mixture thickens slightly. Great over a bed of rice.
