4 cups of rhubarb
3/4 cup sugar
1 envelope strawberry Jello
2 tbsp tapioca
dash of salt

Crust:
2 cups flour (I use Gold Medal)
3/4 cup of Crisco
1 tsp salt
1/4 cup of water (add more if needed)

Directions:
Directions:
Crust- cut flour and shortening until crumbly. Add salt to flour before adding water a little at a time until it all forms together.

Cook the rhubarb and sugar for a few minutes then add jello and tapioca. Cool it before you add jello and tapioca.

Put crust in 9 inch pie plate add filling and bake for 35 min at 425º.
