2 10 oz. frozen spinach-cooked & drained well
2 cups herbed stuffing mix
2 large onions chopped
4-5 beaten eggs
3/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1 tbsp. garlic salt
1/2 tbsp. thyme
1 tsp. pepper

Cook spinach, drain, & press between paper towels. Mix & chill overnight. Roll into small balls and freeze on cookie sheet. Store in bag. Bake frozen until slightly brown at 400 degrees for 8-12 minutes.
