1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
dash pepper
2 cups milk
2 cups (8 oz.) cheddar cheese shredded
2 cups ham, cubed
6 cups cooked potato slices

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Saute onion in margarine. Blend flour and seasonings. Add to onions, cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is bubbly. Gradually add milk; stir constantly until thickened. Add cheddar cheese until melted. Toss potatoes and ham into cheese mixture. Pour into a 2 Qt. oven-proof casserole dish. Bake for 30 min. or until heated through.
