Ingredients:  
Cook fish in a skillet 4 minutes each side

1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. cup flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg
1/4c. 2 percent or skim milk
4 mahi-mahi fillets
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper

Preheat oven to 350 º.
Grind pecans in a food processor . Mix with bread crumbs in a shallow bowl.
Combine flour, paprika and garlic powder in another shallow bowl.
Whisk egg and milk in yet another shallow bowl.
Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour mixture, coating both sides. Arrange fish in shallow baking dish. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or cooked until through.
