1 lb lump crab meat
1 lb Jalapeņo peppers
4 oz cream cheese
5 pcs bacon cooked crumbled
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pick crab meat and remove any fin shell you may find,
In a med bowl mix: cream cheese, crab,
bacon crumbles, salt & pepper, mix well.
Cut the tops off the peppers and hollow them out,
or slice them down the sides, fill hollowed out peppers with crab mixture and place in oven at 350 for about 10/15mins, take out and let cool, while still warm sprinkle cheddar cheese over top and let it melt a little. Serve Warm

Great for parties, they are not as hot as they sound once they are cooked.
