5lbs Chicken Drumetts
1 pk Bacon
1 pk Conacue Smoked sauage
2 cups italian bread crumbs
1 qt chicken broth
1 tlbsp salt
2 tlbsp pepper
1 tablsp accent season
1 tablsp rosemary
1 tablsp sage

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, mix all ingredients (except bread crumbs, sausage and bacon), place chicken in pot, mixture should cover the chicken, if not add more broth, let sit overnight,
next day strain chicken,
On top rack of your smoker, place Bacon and sausage so it drips over chicken drumettes, place drumettes on racks under bacon and sausage.
use applewood for the smoke,
smoke on med heat until the bacon and sausage looks well done about 1 1/2 hours do not let them overcook or they will be very dry, adjust heat if needed, test one drumette for doneness.

You can drizzle with honey after the chicken is done or sprinkle with cheese.
These are great for parties
