6 chicken breast
2 1/2 c water
1 1/2 t salt
1 1/2 c white wine
pepper to taste
1/2 t curry powder
1 medium onion sliced
3 ribs celery sliced
2 packages Uncle Bens Original Wild Rice
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can cream chicken soup
1 can mushrooms
1 1/2 c sour cream
blanched or slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in water, salt, pepper,curry powder, onions, celery and wine for 1 hour. Remove chicken and cut into pieces. Cook 2 packages wild rice as directed on package using the broth from the chicken. Add water if necessary. Combine rice, chicken, mushrooms, soups and sour cream. Pour into baking dish and top with almonds. Bake 350 for 45 minutes covered, uncover and bake 15 min more.
