2-3 lemons (2 T zest and 1/3 cup juice)
1 package yellow cake mix
1 c ilk
2/3 c sugar
2 T cornstarch
1 1/2 c very warm water (120-130 degrees)
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, milk and lemon zest, mix well and pour into greased pan. Combine sugar and cornstarch. Add lemon juice and warm water to sugar mixture. Pour lemon mixture over batter. Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes. Cool slightly: sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm. Top with berries if desired.
