9 inch pie crust
2-3 tbs. cold water
1c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3c. plus 1 tbs oil

Directions:
peel and cut peaches in half put on top of pie crust; mix in 1c sugar and 3 tbs. oil; 1 tbs. flour makes all crumbly and spread over peaches. If crusty on top stir with spoon while baking.
bake at 350 for 1 hour.
