Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup of coconut
1 cup of pecan pieces
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup butter
1 box of confectioner’s sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together coconut and pecans and spread in the bottom of 9” X 13” floured and greased pan (I use Pam flour spray).

Prepare cake as directed on box and pour into cake pan on top of coconut and pecans.

Completely melt the cream cheese and butter and mix in the box of confectioner’s sugar.

Pour over the top of the cake mix. The cream cheese mixture will sink to the bottom of the pan and mix with the coconut and pecans.

Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.

Watch that the cake doesn’t rise above and over the cake pan!
