1 15oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 8.75 oz. can white whole kernel corn, drained
1 large tomato, seeded & diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced finely
2-3 tbsp. chopped ciliantro (or to your taste)

Vinaigrette
3 tbsp. lime juice
1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
Tobassco to taste (4-5 shakes)

In a bowl, whisk together all vinaigrette ingredients. Stir in salad ingredients. Cover and let stand for at least 20 mins. to allow flavors to blend. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

This can be served as a side dish or as an appetizer. I do it as an appetizer with chips!
