1/3 cup pine nuts, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 1/2 tbl balsamic vinegar, 1 tblsp oilve oil, 1 clove minced garlic, 1 cup coarsely chopped spinach leaves, 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley, 1 tblsp lemon zest, 1/3 pd crumbled feta, 12 oz orzo

wisk oil, vinegar, garlic, lemon zest add to remaining ingr. toast pine nuts and toss on top
serve hot or room temp
