1 6 oz. package Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken, 1 cup hot water, 2/3 cup Kraft Italian Dressing, 2 10 oz packages of frozen chopped spinach (thawed, drained and patted dry), 3 eggs, 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, 1 cup chopped mushrooms, and 1 small chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix stuffing, hot water, and dressing in a large bowl
2. Stir in remaining ingredients and shape into 1-inch balls
3. Place on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
